Your own delivery platform, wherever your customers are
How can a business in any country launch its own delivery app?
Use a ready-built platform instead of commissioning one. DOBUY gives you customer, vendor and rider apps, a buyer website and an admin panel under your own brand. FRESME sets it up for your market, including currency, delivery zones, charges, language and payment options, and you publish the apps on your own store accounts.
Most owners who search for a delivery app are not short of customers. They are tired of paying a marketplace a cut of every order, of watching their best regulars get offers from a competitor in the same app, and of running deliveries from a phone and a notebook. They want an app with their own name on it, one place to see every order, and a clear count of the cash at night.
DOBUY is built for that. It is a ready platform of seven parts: a customer app, a vendor app, a rider app, a buyer website, a vendor portal, a rider portal and an admin panel. All seven work on the same orders, so what a customer taps is what the kitchen or shop sees, what the rider follows and what your team reconciles. Because it is already built, you are setting up a business, not commissioning software from nothing.
FRESME builds and runs DOBUY and does not stand between you and your customers. Your logo, colours and domain go on every screen, and the mobile apps are published on your own App Store and Google Play accounts. You choose the apps you need on day one and add the others later.
No country is the default here. Screens are bilingual, English together with Arabic or Urdu, including right-to-left layouts, or English alone. Your currency, delivery zones, delivery charges and online payment option are configured for your market during setup. Customers can also pay in cash on delivery, and every rider’s cash is recorded against the order it belongs to.
If you are outside Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UK and Pakistan, this is the right site for you. Those four markets have their own sites, where we can also meet in person. For everyone else the walkthrough runs online with sample data, and we agree the scope in writing with your team afterwards.
A good first step is to write down how you take and deliver orders today, in your own words. Where do orders arrive? Who prepares them? Who delivers them? Where does the money go? The answers usually point to one of the arrangements described on the solutions and use cases pages, and a demo request that includes them gets a more useful walkthrough.
It also helps to be ready for the practical setup questions: your logo files and brand colours, the domain you want to use, your App Store and Google Play developer accounts, and the list of vendors, zones and delivery charges for your market. None of these needs to be perfect before you ask for a demo.
Choosing between starting small and starting full is a matter of risk. A single shop might begin with the customer app and the admin panel, while a marketplace needs the full set. Either way, you take only the apps you need and add the rest later on the same platform.
